Exclusively for Montréal en Lumière and in its inaugural edition, Yves Lowe, the Executive Chef of Bell Center, welcomes Chef Jeremy Charles to the kitchens of Mythik restaurant for a collaborative dining experience that promises to be both memorable and delightful. Yves, hailing from the boreal territory of Côte-Nord, and Jeremy, from the Newfoundland shores of the Atlantic, will reunite for this special event on March 8 or 9, 2024. This reunion takes place 25 years after they delighted guests at Mediterraneo under the leadership of Claude Pelletier.
Sharing a common passion for hockey and gastronomy, all the ingredients are set to come together in this place steeped in history, allowing the two collaborators to cook up a perfect culinary match! This gastronomic experience will be punctuated by an immersion into the worlds of Yves and Jeremy through projections that bring together anecdotes, memories, and flavors that have shaped their culinary identity and journeys.
