About the event

Yves Lowe, Corporate Chef of Groupe CH, welcomes chefs Myriam Pelletier and Danny St-Pierre to the kitchens of the Bell Centre. Together, this culinary trio will pay tribute to Janette Bertrand's illustrious career by reimagining some of her most iconic dishes in a seven-course menu.
